Daniela comes to you for your i-9 verification needs. At your place of residence or local restaurant or meeting space near you.
All citizens and noncitizens hired by U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment. Call Daniela to act as your authorized representative for your remote employees.

Estate Documents
Estate documents are Last Will and Testament, Living Will, Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, and Trusts. Whether you or your attorney have created your estate documents, count on Daniela to properly notarize them.
Remember, your documents require two independent witnesses. You may provide your own witnesses or Daniela can supply independent witnesses.
Notary fees start at $100 for complete Estate Document packages.
Witness fees are $25 per witness.
Preparing for your Notary Appointment
It's Quite Easy and Daniela is Glad to Help
1. Have proper ID
This includes an unexpired ID such as a United States Passport, a Driver License from any state, Permanent Resident card, a foreign passport with a USCIS stamp or VISA. If you don't have a valid ID, your signature can be notarized using two credible witnesses who can present a valid ID and attest that they know you personally.
2. Be sure your document is completed beforehand. Daniela is glad to notarize your signature but is not an attorney and cannot offer advice on completing your form.
3. Make sure the name on your ID matches the name on your document.
4. Please make sure you have witnesses. If not, just let us know in advance and we'll make arrangements to have witnesses present.
5. Don't sign your documents until you're in front of the notary.
